Green Project Funding

For projects that are Environmentally "Green" or have a major Green component.

Timelines Vary depending on the project.  Projects may take up to about 120 days to fund from the receipt of full package but may take much less time than that.  We always appreciate the patience of our clients as we work through the underwriting & due diligence process on any project.

Projects we are accepting immediately:

Any environmentally "Green" commercial project that has tax credits: solar, wind, etc. or low-income housing.
